Song before: Street Of Dreams – Rainbow

intro

From our small city to the great big world, these are the Sounds Of Burlington. I know, I should be at the final Julia Caesar show tonight, but I caught a cold and built you a show about sleep and dreams. Let’s begin tonight with a lovely way into a dream.

1.) The Nighthorses – The Cush
2.) Might I Deserve To Have A Dream – Arc Iris
3.) Reflection – Clare Byrne
4.) Undertow – Late Night Sneaky Uncle

If memory serves, both Undertow and Reflection were inspired by dreams and brought into the collective world. Either way, both are dreamy. Arc Iris will be back in town in October to take us to a happy place. The Cush are so Amazing. OK, let’s play the next song on the Matthew Mercury album after a short into. .

5.) Invocation – Hill Wizard
6.) Subtle Aching – Matthew Mercury
7.) Sleepwalker – 1881
8.) Garabato Funeral – Mal Maïz
9.) Dancing In Dreamtime – Jerichovox
10.) Plains – Tom Pearo

That’s such a lovely piece of music from Tom. I though that song from the band from Jericho would be appropriate. That’s a fun piece by Maiz, and a dreamy piece by 1881. That song by Mercury is pretty dreamy too. OK, let’s play some more of Tom’s music.

11.) Tiny House – Tom Pearo
12.) Little Dream – farm
13.) Sweet Dreams – Bethany Conner Music
14.) America Dreams – Jason Baker
15.) Freezes The Atlantic River – Hill Wizard
16.) Heat Sleep – Ryan Power
17.) Dreaming Too Much – Alpenglow

I love the flow of Alpenglow’s music. That’s a lovely song from Ryan and a cool piece by the Wizard. Sometimes you are awake and dreaming like Jason and Bethany, and sometimes dreams are large or small like farm’s. Let’s dive back into the flow.

18.) Lifts The Red Rocks – Hill Wizard (Ben Maddox)
19.) When She Sleeps – Peg Tassey MUSIC
20.) Dreamcatcher – Abby Sherman
21.) Daydreaming – Thanya Iyer
22.) Curveball Dreamer – Zola Turn
23.) Return From The Dream – Jeremy Gilchrist – Singer-Songwriter
24.) I’m Only Dreaming – Aaron Flinn

That’s a nice flowing song from Aaron that will bring the energy up. Those are lovely songs from Jeremy and Zola. Thanya is from Montreal but come to visit now and then. Those are lovely songs from Peg and Abby. OK, let’s rock.

25.) Dream Another Dream To Dream – Seth Yacovone Band
26.) Dream Runner – Guthrie Galileo
27.) Little Captain Blackout/Jody’s Dream – The Red Telephone
28.) Falling In And OUt Of Sleep – Envy
29.) Makarov – James and the Giant Sleep
30.) Two Sleepy Arms – Lendway

That’s such a lovely sleepy song. I love the flow of the James song. Envy and Telephone just rock. Guthrie comes to town a lot and Seth always rocks us. Well, I hope you enjoyed checking out the music of our town. Let’s do it again next week, shall we?
