Mike McGonegal   Leave a comment

Last night seemed like such a reverent and irreverent send off for Mike McGonegal. Between Kochalka and Led Loco the irreverence was delightful. SWALE‘s set with the Pants songs was great but the closing song where Jason Cooley joined them to sing Where Is My Mind? was very intense and wonderful. Dino Bravo VT‘s story about a drunken night where they played a terrible version of Comfortably Numb for Mike beautifully set up the majestic version of that song which they performed last night. That felt like the height of reverence. Well done Burlington musicians. Oh, and he place was packed on a cold Monday, so well done local scene too!
